What is included in the hourly rate?

Space, standard lighting, basic audio kit, and one support person. Add-ons (teleprompter operator, extra cameras) are available.

Do you offer 4K recording?

Yes, all studios support 4K capture and monitoring.

Can we bring our own crew?

Absolutely. We can also provide vetted crew on request.

Is there parking?

Most locations offer nearby paid parking. Ask us for specifics when booking.

How do bookings and cancellations work?

A 50% deposit confirms your slot. You may cancel up to 72 hours before the session for a full refund. Within 72 hours, the deposit becomes a credit valid for 90 days.

What are your operating hours?

Studios are available 7 days a week, 7:00–22:00. Overnight shoots can be arranged with advance notice.

Is a teleprompter or LED wall available?

Yes. We offer a professional teleprompter with operator and a 4.5m LED wall as add-ons. Content can be loaded in advance.

How is audio isolation and acoustics handled?

Rooms are treated for broadcast speech with floating floors and absorption. We provide lavaliers and shotguns with clean preamps.

Can we livestream from the studio?

Yes. We provide bonded uplink or dedicated fibre on request, with RTMP/SRT workflows and live comms.

Do you have a makeup or green room?

Yes, a dedicated makeup area with vanity lights and a private green room is available in most locations.

What about overtime and grace period?

We include a 10-minute grace period. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the contracted hourly rate.

Do we need insurance?

For productions with external crew or high-value gear, a COI listing the studio as additionally insured may be required.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH. Invoices are net 7 unless otherwise agreed.

Can we reschedule due to weather or travel issues?

Yes. If you notify us 24+ hours in advance, rescheduling is free and subject to availability.
